Cindy Kuhrasch Featured in Local News

Throughout the pandemic, Cindy Kuhrasch has been featured multiple times in the news for her work in helping families find ways to stay engaged in physical activity while also having fun.

We are deep in the winter months and the way we exercise is a little different, but perhaps more important than ever. Cindy reminds us that activity is important for both physical health and mental and emotional well-being.

“We know there are so many benefits, not just the physical benefits but emotionally and how you feel,” explained Kuhrasch. “We know you’re a lot less anxious when you move, and you’re a lot more joyful if you move. It even helps you get along with other people, if you have the opportunity, even if it’s just people in your inner circle.”
