Early Morning Fitness at the NAT – Open House October 22 – November 2, 2018
Women aged 40+ are invited to Our Open House to participate in the Early Morning Fitness Class at the UW Natatorium, 2000 Observatory Drive. Class meets Monday through Friday from 6:40am -7:40am. Aerobic Dance is taught on MWF with an emphasis on improving the cardio-respiratory systems and coordination. Strength training, balance and flexibility are taught on T Th, focusing on maintaining mobility and flexibility, improving strength and balance and decreasing the likelihood of osteoporosis. Participants enjoy the friendship, relaxed atmosphere, and variety of classes taught. Come one day or all ten during the free 2-week Open House.
